PS Vita & summer shit <3
ever since the weather has been nicer, I've felt more in tune with myself and the things I love in this world.
I walked down to my favourite local game store, and I was looking around.. I had come to look for PS Vita games, but I was troubled to see that they weren't in their usual spot. Frantically wandering around, I couldn't find them anywhere in the store. I thought I had walked all the way there for nothing. Just about to cast my ballot and leave, the guy behind the counter suddenly asked me if he could help me with anything.
Normally, I tell them I'm just looking around, but I asked him if they had gotten rid of their Vita games. To my astonishment, he went into the back and pulled out a small plastic box. Taking the cover off, my eyes met a small collection of little blue Vita cases.
"Yeah, we don't display them anymore since we only move around 10 games every year. Nobody really asks for them anymore."
I felt like I was being let into a secret club... I guess the Vita is pretty niche. I'm not gonna complain though - less people buying Vita games makes more for me. I ended up picking up a copy of Danganronpa 1, which I had been tracking down for a while. I also saw a copy of Dragon's Crown, but I decided not to get greedy. What's the chance that it won't be there when I go next time?
Anyway, I just finished my last exam of the semester.. that means I'm done with university until next September! I'm so excited to finally be done... this was one of the better semesters of my life - I actually made some really nice friends in class, and we have our own discord server! This has never happened to me before, so it feels like something really special... we might play some Minecraft together over the summer if things go well.
I can't wait to have my girlfriend over for a fire - we're gonna roast marshmallows and cook hotdogs and stuff - and maybe we'll have a picnic too <3
